The Requirement

My Talk World (MTW) is a company focussed on mental health and well-being, providing a safe space for communication to all. Their team of experts consists of certified and licensed professionals provide a variety of counseling services and workshops. With years of experience held by the founders and the counselors in their respective domains, the expert team is well-equipped with the right knowledge and guidance.

The requirement of MTW was three fold: 

  • Website Development:
    They wanted a website that showcased all the different services provided by them with proper categorisation. Furthermore, they needed the website to highlight the team experience and expertise well.
  • Landing Pages:
    For better website flow, they wanted different landing pages layout for some segments of their services. The main requirement was to help the visitors in viewing all the necessary information and taking the required action right from the desired landing page itself.
  • Website Analytics:
    For improved understanding of the target audience or visitors, they required a system which helped them with website visitor analysis and other information. The end goal of this was to better serve the visitors with what they want.

What We Did For Them

We started the project with analysing the existing client website and noting down their exact requirements. After receiving an initial brief, we conducted an industry analysis and keyword research to figure out how the competition was showcasing their services. This helped us understand and plan how we could help MyTalkWorld display their unique services in ways that could highlight the key differences between them and their competitors. After a round of discussions, we went about with creating a structure for the website which included the design and flow of the content, which would help guide the visitors on the website. Once all the details were finalized, our team setup a staging site, while keeping the live site untouched along to keep its current ranking on Google intact. Our team then worked together with MTW to finalize the content for the site (text & image) and upon approval of the staging site, the same was then shifted to the live domain of the company.
